As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support for key executives across Coupang’s tech organization. The role includes daily calendar and meeting management, strategic and special projects, and coordination across international locations. The ideal candidate is an organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented self-starter who can prioritize multiple demands, anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is suited to an experienced executive administrative professional seeking an opportunity to grow and advance their career. The successful candidate will be a fast learner who can work autonomously, streamline processes, establish structure, communicate effectively, maintain flexibility and grace under pressure, and support a high volume of complex tasks with minimal direction.

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,000 per year in the lowest geographic market to $153,000 per year in the highest geographic market. Compensation varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work across functions with internal and external executives.
  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as Google Workspace.
  • Experience working globally for a large, technology, and/or startup company.
  • Ability to work across international time zones and overtime as needed.
  • Tech savvy, with strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, multitask, and solve problems while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structures and team objectives.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, get-it-done attitude.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate and work well under pressure.
  • Experience creating and/or supporting presentations for senior management.
  • Highly proficient in organizing worldwide travel.
  • Ability to complete assignments with a high degree of quality and manage multiple tasks while assisting multiple team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for Senior Director-level executives, coordinating across the company’s international locations.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and social events.
  • Coordinate with executive assistants across international locations to schedule and manage multi-location meetings.
  • Support key team initiatives as a project coordinator, including expanded staff meetings, internal and external meeting logistics, presentations, and management of shared team information and resources on intranet portals.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and expense reporting, including booking flights, hotels, and local transportation; preparing agendas and itineraries; and arranging passport or visa requirements when necessary.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
