As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support a C-Suite executive and help the organization operate at its highest level. You will manage complex scheduling and communications, coordinate projects and events, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
This position must be based in Minnesota and requires residence in the greater Minneapolis, Minnesota area. The application deadline is September 19, 2026. The pay range is $90,000 to $105,000 USD annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time away, volunteer time away, and wellness resources.
Requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of executive-level administrative processes and tools.
- Effective communicator who can interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Adept at handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
- Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and projects.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of experience supporting executives or senior management.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-driven culture.
- Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
- Must be based in Minnesota and live in the greater Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative support to a C-Suite executive, including calendar, meeting, travel, and communication management.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Address scheduling, communication, and process issues, escalating as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and tools.
