Job Description
Zelin & Associates CPA LLC is an established CPA firm in midtown Manhattan that has been serving individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits in the New York and New Jersey area since 2008. The team of knowledgeable and friendly professionals works hard to earn its role as a trusted adviser. The firm provides clients with high-quality, personalized service on a timely basis.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high-impact, trust-based role supporting the Managing Partner of a growing, deadline-driven accounting firm in NYC. You will serve as the central point of organization, communication, and follow-through, ensuring priorities are clear, time is protected, and nothing critical slips through the cracks.
You will bring structure to a fast-moving environment by managing priorities, coordinating schedules, overseeing daily workflows, and keeping communication flowing smoothly between leadership and the firm. Your work will allow the Managing Partner to focus on clients, strategy, and growth with confidence that operations, deadlines, and commitments are handled with precision.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys creating order, and takes pride in being relied upon. As the firm grows, there is a clear opportunity for the position to expand into a leadership role overseeing additional administrative support.
If you enjoy keeping leaders focused, bringing structure to complexity, preventing problems, and growing alongside a firm with momentum, this role was built for you. Apply to be an indispensable part of the team and grow into a leadership role as the firm expands.
