Cohere is seeking a Manager, Executive Assistants (Revenue) to support Cohere's VP of EMEA and manage the global Revenue executive assistant team. This dynamic role involves providing high-value administrative support, managing executive calendars and travel, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and leading a high-performing team of executive assistants.

The role is remote in the United Kingdom. Cohere is a remote-friendly global technology company with offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing Admin team.
  • Ability to anticipate others' needs and proactively address them.
  • Previous experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort speaking to C-level stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to stay composed under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Ability to balance collaborative and independent work.
  • Experience creating and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day schedule for the VP of EMEA, including calendaring, booking internal and external meetings, and managing other commitments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including one-to-ones, board meetings, and partner meetings, and assist with related documentation.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for the leadership team, including booking flights and accommodations, scheduling, and expense reconciliation.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive by orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that drive productivity and effectiveness.
  • Work with department leads to drive strategic planning, manage priorities, and maximize executive productivity.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Revenue executive assistant team, including one-to-ones, performance management, and career development.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and proactively take on tasks that improve leadership team productivity.
  • Optimize operations and processes and share improvement ideas with the team.
  • Lead special projects, including team events and community-building activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
