Job Description
Brookfield is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a dynamic, collaborative, and disciplined environment. The role is based at Brookfield Place New York and requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $115,000, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive program. Compensation may vary based on geography, experience, industry background, education, and designations.

Requirements
- (5+) years’ experience supporting at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Highly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; able to create or update PowerPoint presentations and create mail merges with numerous recipients
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives and outside contacts
- Experience with Concur and expense management
- Extremely organized with the ability to anticipate requests and be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective while managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
- Team player
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars in Outlook, coordinating meetings with internal and external executives and assistants globally while accounting for different time zones
- Create and modify PowerPoint presentations, including incorporating and formatting charts, graphs, and images
- Review formatting and proofread materials with strong attention to detail and a critical eye
- Create, format, and maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents using advanced technical skills
- Create complex travel itineraries and meeting schedules and maintain updated travel profiles and documents for each executive
- Balance conflicting priorities, manage workflow, complete essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
- Use analytical skills and broad business knowledge to interpret and anticipate executive needs
- Proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to help executives address issues
- Work effectively without constant or direct supervision or guidance
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests with accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks including mailing, copying, binding, submitting, and processing invoices
- Provide administrative support to other groups as needed during absences, holidays, and other periods
