Veeam is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to partner directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and contribute to an outstanding in-office experience at the company's headquarters in Kirkland, Washington. The role requires strong anticipation, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to support a highly engaged team.

The compensation range is $129,800 to $241,100 USD in total target compensation, inclusive of base pay and a performance-based bonus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years supporting high-level executives in the technology industry; C-suite experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must reside in the Greater Seattle area.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Kirkland, Washington with limited flexibility.
- Experience as a go-to-market operator who understands how enterprise deals are completed.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate capabilities into use cases and outcomes.
- Marketing leadership experience and strong credibility as a partner to sales.
- Highly execution-oriented, with a focus on business outcomes rather than just assets.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity while driving clarity and results.
Responsibilities
- Provide support at all levels, identify gaps, and develop or implement solutions to enhance team success.
- Coordinate with the leadership team and other executive assistants to plan and organize company-wide events and activities and manage calendars.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership across multiple time zones with diplomacy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Organize, prioritize, and securely handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely action.
- Collaborate and communicate across functions within the organization.
- Manage travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs within designated timeframes.
- Coordinate onsite meals, events, and employee activities with the executive assistant team.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with kitchen and office supplies.
- Partner with the office manager as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong integrity, and solid work ethic.
- Prioritize inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives for executives.
