RAY AI is hiring full-time remote assistants to support entrepreneurs in the US and Europe. As a RAY, you will support founders by managing aspects of their professional and personal lives, giving them back their time and energy.

Requirements
- Highly motivated and driven, with a commitment to operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem-solving ability and high agency
- Some experience with and curiosity about LLMs and other AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at C2 level; this is an absolute requirement and will be rigorously assessed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Own core client work functions, including email, calendar, tasks, travel, and accounting preparation
- Proactively protect clients' time and energy by anticipating needs before they arise
- Manage long-horizon projects that improve clients' business and personal lives
- Act as a trusted operational partner, not just a task executor
