We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership in a fast-moving environment. This role partners closely with the Executive Assistant team and plays a critical part in keeping executives organized, prepared, energized, and focused as the company scales.

This is an opportunity for someone with solid executive support experience who is ready to operate at a higher level by balancing multiple executives, navigating shifting priorities, supporting a growing company, and contributing to how it operates.

Travel may be required for up to 10% of the time for company gatherings or site visits. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, with four days per week in the office. Compensation is $90,000-$125,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting senior company executives
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to proactively manage complex calendars, prioritize business-critical work, and protect focus time
  • Proficiency with MS365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as other modern collaboration tools
  • Proactivity and the ability to anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate gray areas with confidence and accountability
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgment
  • Bias toward action and ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced startup environment without sacrificing judgment or quality
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
  • Ability to work off-hours as needed when business needs require
  • Nice to have: Experience in tech, infrastructure, or data center environments
  • Nice to have: Interest in executive operations, strategy, or long-term growth within the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-impact executive support to several executive leaders, enabling focus, alignment, and execution across business-critical priorities
  • Own complex calendar management across time zones and competing priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership sessions, and offsites, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and expenses with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Serve as connective tissue across the executive team and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through
  • Drive follow-through on executive decisions and priorities, ensuring accountability and closure without prompting
  • Maintain organized systems for executive documents, workflows, and shared resources
  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant team to triage requests and manage executive workflows
  • Support special projects, research, and ad hoc initiatives
  • Serve as backup support as needed and help continuously improve executive support processes
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
