Job Description
Skydance Animation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to anticipate executive needs, and experience professionally interfacing with internal departments and external partners. A passion for the animation industry is preferred.

The compensation range for this non-exempt position is $70,000-$90,000 annually. The range represents base salary only and may vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and relevant expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative experience; agency or management experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, administrators, and internal and external senior management
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high priorities, meet deadlines, anticipate needs, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Resourceful, proactive, reliable, and assertive when necessary
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive issues
- Familiarity with entertainment industry concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of creative, production, post-production processes, and related workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling, coordinating, and arranging meetings and appointments with internal and external contacts
- Arrange physical and virtual conference details, issue meeting requests and invitations, and coordinate agendas and materials
- Maintain awareness of executive priorities and strategically arrange, plan, and rearrange schedules
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, accommodations, events, itineraries, and traveler information
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reconciliation reports for teams
- Prepare first-day paperwork for new employees
- Assist with filing, preparing, and distributing reports and documentation
- Maintain reports and tracking grids
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition inquiries using a customer-service approach
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute information as appropriate
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
