Our Executive Assistant function is part of the CEO Office and drives operational alignment across Legora. In this newly structured role, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
This high-exposure position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, build relationships across the company, and play a meaningful role in Legora’s growth. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Operations, ideally in a high-growth technology company or international start-up environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
- Deep attention to detail and a love of structure.
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive or high-stakes communication.
- High discretion and maturity, with the ability to navigate different stakeholders and build trust.
- Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A genuine desire to support others and improve the team, taking pride in behind-the-scenes work.
Responsibilities
- Own calendars, travel logistics, team expense reports, and email inboxes for VPs, designing schedules around shifting priorities and strategic focus.
- Use AI to optimize executive productivity and personal workflow.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring each touchpoint is prepared, purposeful, and followed up.
- Lead the planning and execution of key team moments, including recurring meetings, off-sites, L&D workshops, and informal gatherings.
- Triage inbound requests, protect focus time, and help communication flow smoothly across the team.
- Provide operational support to keep projects, initiatives, and team collaboration on track.
- Identify friction points and build better systems to improve how the team operates.
