Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner with 2 Senior EMEA Directors and support a dynamic, international Channel Management team.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who is fast, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with the confidence to operate independently, anticipate needs, and keep things moving without constant direction.

You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are executed, communication flows smoothly, and details are handled with precision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Fast, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — you take ownership and follow through
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong professional judgment
  • Comfortable with modern tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar with strong prioritization and judgment
  • Ensure meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and followed through with clear actions
  • Track key topics and proactively follow up to keep momentum across the team
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and geographies
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively — both internally and externally
  • Step in to resolve gaps, misalignment, or missing information before they become issues
  • Prepare polished presentations, documents, and communications with strong attention to detail
  • Manage travel, events, and logistics seamlessly (including executive-level meetings and Partner Advisory Boards in Europe and the US)
  • Ensure all outputs meet a high standard with minimal rework
  • Bring structure to tools, documentation, and ways of working (e.g., SharePoint, distribution lists, planning materials)
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of working
  • Take initiative — don’t wait to be asked
