Job Description
Estimated Duration: 5 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.

Requirements
- Experience with MSFT tools, specifically PowerPoint;
- Experience with calendar, meeting, and travel management for executive-level support.
- Experience with event coordination, including agenda preparation, logistics, and action tracking.
- Experience with communication and liaison activities between internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses that support informed decision-making within the business unit;
- Lead medium to large special projects;
- Apply standardized tools and techniques for quantitative and qualitative research;
- Develop reports;
- Provide Executive Assistant and Personal Assistance support;
- Assist with business analysis work, including PowerPoints, Word, and email
