Job Description
Boldly is hiring part-time Executive Assistants to provide exceptional remote administrative support to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, senior-level executives, and successful business owners. Boldly has operated as a 100% remote company since its founding.
Executive Assistants will support long-term client assignments, choosing clients based on organizational values and personal preferences while gaining experience across a variety of industries. The work is fully remote and flexible, with no night or weekend work.
Boldly offers W2 employment, flexible scheduling during regular business hours, the opportunity to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the option to transition to full-time, and benefits including a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, a technology stipend, wellness events, and ongoing mentoring and support.
The pay rate is $27-$30 per hour, with regular raises throughout tenure. Total compensation also includes benefits such as a 401(k) with employer match.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of direct, hands-on experience in an administrative support position such as Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Experience supporting multiple high-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
- Solution-driven mindset.
- Proactive, dynamic, flexible, tech-savvy, results-oriented, detail-oriented, and positive approach.

Responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Maximize executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.
- Draft letters and documents.
- Collect and analyze information.
- Initiate phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Manage multiple email inboxes for executives.
- Manage expenses.
- Provide customer and supplier support.
- Perform other executive administrative responsibilities as needed.
