General Atlantic acquired Actis in October 2024, which now operates as its Sustainable Infrastructure business. Actis invests in critical infrastructure across energy transition, digitalization transition, and supply chain transformation.
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a Managing Director and the wider deal team across London, Europe, and Dubai. The role includes general administrative and personal assistant duties, as well as organizing and coordinating complex roadshows, meetings, travel, and team activities.

Requirements
- Experience in an investment banking, private equity, or business development environment is desirable.
- Extensive Executive Assistant experience at Partner level.
- Experience organizing international travel.
- Experience and comfort working within an international environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a small office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Committed, loyal, and flexible.
- Ability to work independently with little direction when the team is traveling.
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Work with a network of Executive Assistants from Actis offices and investor companies to coordinate extensive and complex international travel across multiple time zones.
- Organize complex portfolio company trips.
- Manage travel arrangements, including visa requirements.
- Manage diaries extensively using MS Outlook, including arranging meetings and lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities, and greeting visitors.
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails and flag items as required.
- Handle internal and external telephone calls, answer queries, take messages, and arrange conference calls.
- Manage travel budgets and expenses.
- Set up files and maintain filing systems as required.
- Support the organization and implementation of team events.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports and produce PowerPoint presentations to a high standard.
- Provide buddy support and absence cover for other Executive Assistants.
