Job Description
Our Executive Assistants work closely with executives to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. In this role, you will oversee impactful projects and become deeply involved in the business while providing anticipatory and comprehensive administrative and executive support to assigned executives.
Sentry offers a hybrid work arrangement, with optional work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Executive-level administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency with productivity tools and portal technologies, such as Workday, Zoom, MS Teams, and WebEx, is preferred.
- Ability to assume responsibility with minimal supervision and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
- Ability to produce work products thoroughly and accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication and human relations skills, with demonstrated experience producing clear, concise, organized, and convincing written or verbal communications for the intended audience.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain superior knowledge of the supported business areas and leverage business unit strategic plans when supporting assigned executives.
- Proactively manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle end-to-end meeting logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, catering, and large-scale, multi-day events.
- Relieve assigned leadership of routine and administrative details by maintaining knowledge of the leader’s work and anticipating needs and priorities.
- Partner with executives on special projects, key initiatives, and board-level preparations; track deliverables and ensure milestones are met.
- Use independent judgment and discretion to manage, compile, verify, and analyze information, including preparing documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and their colleagues and direct reports.
- Manage confidential information effectively while maintaining the security of the executive’s data and documents.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with administrative team members across the organization.
