MERU is seeking a highly motivated and polished Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This high-impact role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate executive needs. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to Partners and executives, enabling them to focus on clients and business development.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Atlanta, Georgia, with occasional flexibility to work remotely.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a professional services environment such as financial services, consulting, law, or a similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent executives professionally
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential matters
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, D365, or similar is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and manage ambiguity with poise
  • Professional demeanor and genuine commitment to supporting the success of the people and firm served
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple senior executives, resolving conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and protecting time for strategic priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, itineraries, and contingency planning
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and professional contacts
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background research to anticipate executive needs
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive communications
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including board meetings, client dinners, and team offsites
  • Handle sensitive and confidential client, personnel, and business information with absolute discretion
  • Process expense reports and manage reimbursements accurately and on time
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives directed by executive leadership
  • Support general operations of the Atlanta office
  • Manage office inventory, supply procurement, and timely replenishment
  • Submit and track maintenance and facilities requests and coordinate issue resolution with building management
  • Oversee building access management, including issuing and deactivating access cards for staff and visitors
  • Act as the primary liaison with office vendors and service providers
  • Prepare and process client invoices in partnership with the Finance team
  • Maintain organized billing records and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain the CRM with new leads, contacts, meeting records, and correspondence for current and target clients
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and completeness and work with Partners to keep records current
