Job Description

KnowBe4 empowers the modern workforce to make smarter security decisions every day. Trusted by more than 70,000 organizations worldwide, KnowBe4 is the pioneer of digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans. The KnowBe4 Platform provides attack simulation and training, collaboration security, and agent security powered by AIDA and a proprietary Risk Score.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Growth Officer will serve as the operational backbone of the CGO's office, supporting a global commercial organization spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. This role is designed for an experienced operator who brings structure to ambiguity, works with autonomy and trust, and provides plans and recommendations rather than simply completing tasks.

The role is remote within the United States, with candidates based on the East Coast and available across Eastern Time. Regular domestic travel to New York, Tampa/Clearwater, and Washington, DC, as well as occasional international travel, is required.

The salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $97,000 annually, depending on the applicant's skills and experience. KnowBe4 offers company-wide bonuses, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated drive, judgment, and coachability; these qualities are weighted more heavily than tenure.
  • High-potential early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, coordinating across global teams, or operating in high-growth environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Fluency with modern productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Proactive, self-directed operator mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and own outcomes with minimal direction.
  • Accuracy, composure, and sound judgment in a high-velocity global environment.
  • Mature discretion when handling confidential organizational, compensation, board-level, and personal matters.
  • Ability to build a trusted, partnership-oriented relationship with the CGO and leadership team.
  • Based on the U.S. East Coast with reliable availability across Eastern Time.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to New York, Tampa/Clearwater, and Washington, DC, with occasional international travel and short-notice changes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operating rhythm of the CGO's office, including strategic calendar management across global time zones.
  • Capture meeting commitments, drive owners to resolution, and proactively close the loop on action items.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and other meeting architecture to ensure the CGO is fully prepared.
  • Turn ambiguous situations into organized plans, points of view, recommendations, and executed decisions.
  • Protect the CGO's time through independent judgment, identifying overcommitment and declining requests when appropriate.
  • Plan and manage complex multi-city domestic and international travel, adapting in real time as priorities change.
  • Coordinate logistics, cadences, and events for the CGO's front-line leadership team of approximately five senior leaders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential organizational, compensation, board-level, and personal matters with absolute discretion.
  • Partner with executive operations, the CEO's office, and peer executive assistants to maintain an effective senior leadership cadence.
