Job Description

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings powered by Deepgram.

Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset. Team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate them into everyday workflows, and continuously adapt as the technology evolves.

This role is the right hand to the CMO and a force multiplier for the marketing leadership team. The Executive Assistant will protect the CMO's time and focus, keep leadership operations running smoothly, and connect teams so priorities are delivered at the right time.

Deepgram values being yourself, curiosity, growing together, doing the right thing, thinking smart and acting fast, and putting the customer first. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if confidence gaps or imposter syndrome have been barriers.

Requirements

  • Operate AI-natively by designing Human+AI workflows for scheduling, drafting, and meeting preparation.
  • Build lightweight systems that eliminate recurring administrative work.
  • Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions.
  • Coordinate across teams and programs, not just within a single leader's calendar.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Juggle competing priorities across time zones and calendars without dropping details.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve problems before they reach the CMO's desk.
  • Typically have approximately 1–3 years of experience supporting leaders or coordinating across teams, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Prior experience supporting a senior leader or executive, preferably in a fast-moving startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and automating repetitive work.
  • Familiarity with executive-support tools, including calendar, travel, expense, and communications platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Protect and optimize the CMO's calendar by partnering on priorities and re-sequencing commitments as circumstances change.
  • Run the marketing leadership operating cadence, including staff meetings, QBRs, offsites, and planning cycles.
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams such as RevOps, Communications, and People to ensure cross-functional work is delivered smoothly.
  • Build Human+AI workflows for scheduling, inbox triage, and meeting preparation.
  • Identify recurring friction in leadership operations and implement one to two improvements per quarter, such as templates, cadences, or automations.
  • Own complex travel and logistics while avoiding missed connections.
  • Close expenses the same day.
  • Keep confidential and sensitive matters secure and handle delicate information with complete discretion.
