Job Description

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings powered by Deepgram.

Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset. Team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, integrate AI into their workflows, adapt quickly, and continuously learn in a fast-changing environment.

This role supports the CMO as a force multiplier for the marketing leadership team. The Executive Assistant will protect the CMO's time and focus, keep operations running smoothly, and connect teams so priorities are executed effectively.

Deepgram values authenticity, curiosity, collaboration, integrity, decisive action, and customer focus. The company encourages candidates to apply even if confidence gaps or imposter syndrome create uncertainty.
