The Executive Assistant is a key support partner to Everest clients, helping them stay focused, organized, and on track. You’ll work closely with executives to manage schedules, communications, and priorities, providing reliable and thoughtful support that blends a personal touch with smart use of tools and systems. You'll also collaborate with other assistants as part of a team committed to meaningful, high-quality support.
This is a remote, US-based, full-time position offering a starting annual compensation range of $60,000 to $85,000+, commensurate with skills and relevant experience. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k), and voluntary disability and life insurance.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience providing high-level support in roles such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Experience managing communications, shifting schedules, and complex projects.
- Some experience guiding or mentoring others, with a focus on sharing knowledge and building a strong team culture.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, communication tools, CRMs, and financial systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, good judgment, a proactive mindset, and professionalism.
- High level of care, discretion, responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely while supporting US-based clients and executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes, draft messages, and ensure timely follow-ups using a polished, professional tone.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships by being responsive and reliable.
- Manage dynamic and frequently changing calendars, ensuring time is spent on the highest priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, logistics, and other day-to-day operational needs.
- Track progress on key initiatives, follow up on next steps, and help executives stay ahead of deadlines.
- Refine workflows and processes by using tools and technology to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
- Juggle multiple tasks with care and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle expenses, invoices, and light reporting to keep financial details organized and current.
- Collaborate with other assistants, share ideas, and contribute to a high-quality support team.
