Junior Personal Assistant to Executive (Part-time) - VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE & MIX OF REMOTE AND OFFICE
***MUST HAVE PRIOR PA EXPERIENCE***
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task highly confidential tasks
- New York savvy
- Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to anticipate needs
- Must have a flexible approach with a strong sense of composure and discretion
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Senior PA
- Coordinate international and domestic travel for family. Handle any necessary visa work for international travel. Prepare full itineraries, car transfers, and international insurance
- Assist in overseeing children’s travel and activities
- Organize social events and engagements
- Coordinate household maintenance for multiple properties
- Manage insurance
- Booking of cultural events and restaurants in New York
- Special ad hoc projects
