Job Description
Brunswick Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join its Chicago office. The role provides premium administrative and business support to three client-facing Partners and serves as a thought partner and driver of their efforts.
The position requires onsite support Monday through Friday during standard business hours. The successful candidate will work closely with the local Office Manager and collaborate with the U.S. administrative team and global executive assistants.

Requirements
- Minimum seven (7) years of administrative or operations experience in a fast-paced, confidential, professional services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management experience
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to manage schedules seamlessly across domestic and international time zones
- Client service orientation and discretion with confidential client matters
- Ability to work well independently and strategically as a team player
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Resourceful problem solver
- Professionalism when dealing with senior business figures

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate to advanced software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, email and calendar management, travel and expense management tools and video conferencing systems
- Experience working in a global corporate or firm setting is a plus
- Communications or consulting/client services industry knowledge and business acumen are a plus
- A sense of humor is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless Executive Assistant support to Partner-level staff, including complex calendar management and strategic administrative support
- Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges related to scheduling, travel and daily activities
- Coordinate with executive assistants across the firm globally
- Coordinate travel bookings and process expenses
- Understand and prioritize Partners’ time and adjust schedules as needed
- Build strong rapport with Partners and client contacts
- Respond to emails and requests promptly, including outside standard work hours when needed
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through on associated details
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
- Act as a project manager for Partners’ client teams when necessary, coordinating assignments and projects
- Identify and execute improvements that increase administrative efficiencies
- Proof documents, edit presentations and assist with preparations for Partners’ meetings
- Provide support and coverage to the Office Manager and other administrative staff as needed
- Maintain strong internal relationships with U.S. and international Brunswick teams
- Perform related duties as assigned
