Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in an administrative environment. A minimum of five years of experience supporting an executive who was at the VP / Director level or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and rapport building across diverse functions
  • You are detail oriented and have the maturity to handle confidential information.
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Desired Skills

  • Past work experience in the high-tech industry is desired but not essential.
  • A strong network within NZ across Public Sector and Private Sector,
  • Champions improvements. Solves problems and makes decisions. Demonstrates leadership.
  • Works in an organized and focused manner, great attention to detail and you are dedicated by nature.
  • Advanced desktop calendar management program experience.
  • A desire to be part of a leadership team and drive cultural improvement.
  • Calm under pressure and can do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects, as needed.
  • You will handle, with a great degree of independence, incoming asks for time, meetings, resources and other needs.
  • You will be responsible for figuring out when to refer matters to others, and to whom they should be referred.
  • Form great connection across a wide customer and partner network to facilitate essential top to top and global executive connects as and when needed. The difference between this role being achieved or being exceptional is this aspect.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings for Managing Director for SAP New Zealand and one other Senior Manager in the ANZ Market.
  • Travel: Responsible for making travel itineraries and follow on expense management for responsible managers. Carefully considers and decides the optimum travel arrangements and itinerary for calendared meetings while managing SAP expenses.
  • Become an integral member of the Auckland and New Zealand business, assisting Great Place to Work teams, Marketing, and other initiatives to drive a fabulous workplace culture.
