Join Cisco's Infrastructure Engineering organization, where you'll support a Vice President and partner with engineering leaders across a global, collaborative team. Together, you'll help enable operational excellence and support the execution of key business priorities that drive Cisco's innovative networking technologies.
Your Impact
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to one or more Vice President-level leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and planning executive meetings and events. You will build strong partnerships across Cisco while serving as a trusted advisor who anticipates executive needs, resolves challenges proactively, and ensures priorities are executed efficiently. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Director-level or above leaders.
- Experience managing complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, including itinerary management and travel logistics.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (such as Outlook, Teams, Webex, or similar platforms) to support executive operations.
- Experience supporting Vice President-level executives in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and proactively solve problems.
- Experience planning executive events, offsites, and cross-functional meetings while building collaborative relationships across teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meeting logistics, and scheduling across multiple time zones to optimize executive productivity.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare travel briefings and itineraries, and ensure seamless execution of executive engagements.
- Plan and execute executive meetings, team events, offsites, workshops, and speaking engagements by managing agendas, logistics, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted point of contact for executive communications and confidential matters.
- Support operational excellence by managing expense reports, special projects, technology adoption, records management, and administrative best practices.
