Your Impact
Are you seeking an opportunity to serve as a strategic partner to our VPs of Engineering? As a key driver of our R&D operations, you will translate high-level organizational objectives into actionable, high-impact results.
In this role, you will lead company-wide initiatives and own sophisticated, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Requirements
- Experience: Accomplished administrative professional with 5 + years of experience providing high-level executive support within the technology sector.
- Operational Excellence: Run intricate calendars across multiple time zones, process expense reports, and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Administrative Oversight: Lead all aspects of daily administrative workflows, including meeting documentation, equipment reservations, and logistical planning for executive meetings and events.
- Project Management: Run end-to-end project coordination for events and engineering branding initiatives, ensuring all objectives are met with precision and creativity.
- Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle confidential and critical information with the highest level of accuracy, discretion, and professional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Webex, and Concur.
- Communication & Agility: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: You take full ownership of executive workflows, ensuring every project and meeting is driven with precision, foresight, and a focus on solving problems before they arise.
- Strategic Collaborator: You are a great connector who builds strong, effective partnerships across ThousandEyes and the wider Cisco ecosystem, ensuring everyone gets the support they need to succeed.
