Job Description

Carrum Health is a high-growth health tech company working to change how specialty care is paid for and delivered. Its marketplace connects large employers with top-tier providers, helping lower costs while improving the patient experience.

Carrum Health is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a force multiplier for its executive leadership team and operational anchor for its West Coast office. Reporting to the SVP of People, this role supports the CEO, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, CFO, and Chief Network Officer; leads the San Francisco office workplace experience; and owns strategy and execution for company and team offsites.

Carrum is a remote-first company. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires working in the San Francisco office 2–3 days per week, with occasional travel for offsites, client events, or company gatherings. Compensation is $115,000–$140,000 depending on geography and experience, plus equity and an annual 15% bonus.

Benefits include stock options, a performance bonus for eligible employees, flexible schedules and PTO, summer Fridays, paid holidays, a December holiday shutdown, paid parental leave, health, vision and dental insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in the San Francisco office 2–3 days per week.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably CEOs, CFOs, and growth leaders, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; scale-up experience preferred.
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-day corporate offsites, team retreats, and executive events for remote or distributed teams.
  • Proven experience managing workplace operations and office culture or experience for a regional or primary headquarters.
  • Exceptional calendar management, organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear executive-level messaging.
  • High degree of autonomy, resourcefulness, and emotional intelligence; a natural problem-solver with an “Own the Outcome” mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex calendars and competing priorities for the Founder and CEO, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer, CFO, and Chief Network Officer.
  • Lead the San Francisco office workplace experience, including day-to-day operations, vendor relations, event execution, and visitor hospitality.
  • Lead end-to-end strategy, budgeting, venue sourcing, and execution for bi-annual department retreats and company-wide offsites.
  • Draft and align executive-level communications, leadership meeting agendas, and high-stakes C-team presentations.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, board meeting logistics, and cross-functional leadership syncs across time zones.
  • Track leadership action items and drive cross-functional follow-through on critical strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a high-trust ambassador for the executive office, streamline leadership workflows, and maintain strict discretion.
