Job Description

Amazon and MGM Studios are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of Film. The individual in this role will be detail-oriented, have solid organizational skills, and be able to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. The ideal candidate will have industry EA experience, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs, and manage a very complex schedule.

The successful candidate will be able to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround, and take effective action without needing the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, and a creative problem solver, with a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.

As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large-scale events and share workload when priorities demand additional support; commitment to teamwork is essential. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for entertainment and an interest in working in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed organization.
