Job Description
A confidential family office investment firm is seeking a senior level executive assistant to support a busy executive in their NYC office. This role will require attention to detail, impeccable organization and flexibility. The office has a great culture and really strong compensation and benefits!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in the office or the executive's home a minimum of 4 days per week, 5 days as needed and flexibility on evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Oversee dynamic calendars including personal and professional scheduling
- Organize and execute events
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements including ground transportation, flights, hotels, meals, etc.
- Assist with personal needs; personal appointments, household staffing, errands, etc.
