Job Description
Digible is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO. This role combines traditional executive support—including calendar management, meetings, travel, communications, preparation, follow-ups, and executive coordination—with a modern, AI-native approach to getting work done.
The successful candidate will become highly fluent in Digible’s AI-enabled technology ecosystem, connecting information across meetings, communications, documents, calendars, email, and project systems. They will use AI, automation, and thoughtful workflows to reduce friction, improve executive productivity, and ensure the right information reaches the right executive at the right time.
Digible is a Denver-based digital marketing agency specializing in multifamily housing marketing and technology solutions, including its proprietary AI platform Fiona. The company supports more than 5,995 properties across over 575 cities and offers a remote-friendly culture with employees across the United States.
The position offers a salary of $85,000–$100,000 per year. Candidates may be asked to provide professional references during the hiring process.

- No coding or AI model-building experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Own complex calendar management for the CEO and CFO and ensure schedules reflect their priorities.
- Manage and triage executive email and Slack communications, prioritize messages, surface urgent items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Draft and send routine communications on behalf of executives while exercising sound judgment regarding tone, context, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with employees, customers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, protect focus time, and create appropriate meeting buffers.
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, reservations, and related logistics.
- Manage recurring executive routines and administrative responsibilities.
- Own and maintain the annual ELT meeting calendar and plan around business cycles, priorities, and major events.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person ELT meetings, including travel, meeting spaces, meals, dinners, reservations, and on-site needs.
- Ensure meetings have appropriate agendas, materials, attendees, pre-reads, and context.
- Use AI-enabled meeting and productivity tools to capture notes, decisions, context, and action items.
- Document and organize meeting outputs, surface follow-ups, and maintain continuity between recurring meetings.
- Become fluent in AI-enabled tools and internal systems and use them to summarize, organize, retrieve, connect, and surface information.
- Build repeatable templates, workflows, and lightweight automations for common executive activities.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through AI, automation, or better use of existing technology.
- Apply sound judgment regarding confidentiality, accuracy, permissions, and human review of AI-generated information.
- Draft and refine executive emails, messages, agendas, and other communications.
- Organize executive information and documentation so it is concise, accessible, and easy to retrieve.
- Coordinate leadership, board, investor, company, and other important executive interactions.
- Track requests made to the executive office and ensure appropriate visibility for the CEO and CFO.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization to make executive coordination seamless.
