  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Amgen systems and tools, including Concur, SAP/Ariba, and other internal platforms, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and quickly learn new tools and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and manage competing priorities with minimal direction.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions.
  • Exceptional discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, and potentially market-sensitive information.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the Vice President of Investor Relations and broader Investor Relations team.
  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing internal and external meetings and the efficient use of executive time.
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, senior executives, external firms, and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and changing travel requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor conferences, analyst meetings, roadshows, earnings-related activities, and internally and externally hosted investor events.

  • Manage the Investor Relations hotline and inbox, ensuring inquiries are appropriately triaged and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner closely with executive assistants and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules, meetings, events, and executive activities.
