StaffBuffalo is working with a highly professional, global organization in Amherst, NY to hire a Senior Executive Assistant. This full-time, on-site position pays $70,000–$110,000 per year and offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted administrative partner to the President and C-Suite in a polished, structured environment where discretion, judgment, and organization are essential.

This role blends high-level executive support with office operations leadership. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage complex calendars, meetings, communications, and priorities while leading and supporting the Office Services Team. Requirements
