This role is expected to be available to work from our Austin, TX office up to 5 days per week. Please ensure you can realistically commit to this structure before applying.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct support to the President, Field Operations. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted proxy who can manage strategic rhythms, optimize executive time, and ensure seamless execution of priorities across multiple stakeholders.

You will operate as an architect of time and information flow, directly enabling the Field President to focus on the highest-leverage initiatives. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with sound decision-making.

Requirements

  • Based in Austin, TX and able to work onsite up to 5 days per week (required).
  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting executives (CRO, CEO, Founder, etc.) ideally in Sales, Revenue, or go-to-market environments.
  • Expert use with Google Suite of products, specifically skilled with google slides
  • Proven success in managing complex calendars, travel, and high-volume workflows with flawless execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level communications and board-ready materials.
  • High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the ability to represent a senior leader with professionalism.
  • Expert use of productivity tools, with strong ability to leverage AI, workflow automation, and collaboration platforms.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly sensitive information.
  • Demonstrates ability to make high-quality critical decisions that impact multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Sets and prioritizes goals with clear KPIs, aligning with the Field President and cross-functional leaders.
  • Confidently operates in the face of risk and uncertainty, swiftly embracing change and making sound choices.
  • Builds reliable, trusted relationships with VPs, senior leaders, and external partners (Board, investors, customers).
  • Leads with a customer-focused mindset, anticipating stakeholder needs and ensuring executive engagement drives measurable impact.
  • Serves as a recognized expert in executive operations and time architecture, often sought out as a model of excellence.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in Sales and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Time Management & Prioritization
    • Architect and manage the Field President’s schedule to maximize strategic impact.
    • Build buffers and async workflows to protect focus time and ensure proactive preparation for key meetings.
  • Strategic Rhythms & Governance
    • Lead and manage executive rhythms including Board prep, QBRs, leadership offsites, and Field Kickoffs.
    • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure materials are prepared, stakeholders aligned, and follow-ups tracked.
  • High-Discretion Travel & Events
    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel with zero-margin-for-error precision.
    • Support logistics for Board meetings, investor events, and senior customer engagements.
  • Communication & Information Flow
    • Draft and edit high-visibility communications (board prep, investor-facing docs, external comms).
    • Serve as a trusted proxy for information flow — ensuring the right stakeholders have the right context at the right time.
    • Represent the Field President in select meetings and act as an extension of their voice and priorities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage high-volume executive expenses and sensitive financial workflows with complete accuracy.
    • Design and maintain systems (Slack workflows, Notion boards, AI-assisted briefing tools) to increase efficiency and foresight.
    • Anticipate needs, remove friction, and proactively resolve challenges with discretion and speed.
