Job Description

We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Office Manager to join a high-profile international firm in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with the opportunity to progress into an Executive Assistant position in the future.

Applicants MUST be based in the UAE and must have experience working in a reception/office admin role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a front-of-house or office coordination role
  • Background in professional services, hospitality, or luxury service environments preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and discretion when dealing with senior clients and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, reliable, and service-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing all front-of-house duties with warmth and professionalism
  • Welcome and manage VVIP visitors, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and general office correspondence
  • Oversee the presentation and smooth functioning of the reception area
  • Manage meeting room bookings and set-up, including refreshments and AV requirements
  • Support the wider team with general office management duties such as stationery, vendor liaison, and facilities coordination
  • Provide occasional administrative support to senior staff as needed
