Tiger Private is seeking an experienced, top-level Executive & Private Assistant for our discerning clients in West London.

This role supports a small private office and household, working closely with senior principals in a friendly, well-run environment. The ideal candidate takes quiet pride in doing things properly, enjoys creating order and beauty, and brings sound judgement and warmth to their work.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a Family Office environment, supporting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, or private families.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Financially literate and confident managing budgets, invoices, and spreadsheets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
  • Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong organisational skills.
  • Warm, discreet, and approachable, professional yet personable.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently.
  • Based within easy reach of West London or commutable distance to the home office.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars, correspondence, and scheduling for senior principals.
    • Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
    • Support investment and financial administration, including document handling, signatures, and liaison with advisers and service providers.
    • Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and shared digital files.
    • Track payments, expenses, and reconciliations, providing clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Personal Support
    • Oversee daily priorities, personal administration, and household coordination.
    • Anticipate needs and ensure meetings, documents, and materials are prepared in advance.
    • Manage correspondence and communications discreetly.
    • Keep office and household environments stocked, organised, and well maintained.
  • Home & Property Management
    • Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring reliability and quality.
    • Maintain detailed records of property systems, warranties, and service schedules.
    • Manage insurance renewals, maintenance plans, and small projects.
    • Oversee household budgets and expenses with accuracy and care.
  • Travel & Event Coordination
    • Organise travel logistics, including itineraries, bookings, and checklists.
    • Manage property and logistics during periods of absence.
    • Coordinate guest visits, small refurbishments, and household events as needed.
  • Family & Lifestyle Support
    • Assist with family scheduling, appointments, and general coordination.
    • Comfortable working in a private household setting with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
    • Flexibility to assist occasionally outside core hours when required.
  • Working Hours & Location
    • Monday to Friday-standard office hours.
    • Role is based in the family’s home office.
