A highly discreet and experienced Personal Assistant is required to support an Ultra-High-Net-Worth private client. This is a position of absolute trust, requiring exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and discretion. The successful candidate will act as a key gatekeeper and right-hand to the client, managing both professional and personal matters with precision and confidence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting UHNW individuals, principals, or senior executives
  • Exceptional discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable handling highly confidential information
  • Flexible availability and willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and under pressure
  • Must already be based in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in the country

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless, high-level personal and administrative support
  • Manage complex diaries, travel itineraries, and international logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, often at short notice
  • Liaise with professional advisors, household staff, and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive personal, financial, and confidential information with discretion
  • Oversee ad-hoc projects and personal errands as required
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
