Job Description

The Group provides strategic oversight, governance, and operational support to its portfolio companies and is led by a dynamic executive team driving expansion, partnerships, and investment across the region.
The Group CEO oversees multiple business units, engages regularly with investors, Board members, regulators, and strategic partners, and requires a highly professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support and ensure seamless coordination of executive priorities.
Role Purpose
The Personal Assistant to the Group CEO will provide high-level, confidential, and proactive executive support, ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s schedule, priorities, communications, and engagements.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced executive environment.
This role will also support the CEO during business travel, high-level meetings, and strategic engagements, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 5–10 years experience supporting a senior executive, CEO, or Group CEO
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience coordinating executive travel and complex schedules

Responsibilities
- Executive Calendar and Schedule Management
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones.
- Schedule and prioritize meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including with:
- Board members
- Investors
- Senior executives
- Government officials
- Business partners
- Ensure CEO is fully prepared for all engagements, including providing briefs, documents, and background information.
- Executive Administrative Support
- Provide full administrative support to the Group CEO.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Screen and manage incoming communications and prioritize appropriately.
- Track key action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Travel Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including:
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Visas
- Ground transport
- Meeting schedules
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and briefing packs.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips when required to provide on-site executive support.
- Coordinate logistics for regional and international engagements.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including:
- Meeting Coordination and Board Support
- Coordinate executive and Board meetings, including:
- Scheduling
- Preparing agendas
- Compiling meeting packs
- Taking minutes when required
- Track decisions and action items arising from meetings.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.
- Coordinate executive and Board meetings, including:
- Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with senior executives, partners, and external contacts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Office and Priority Management
- Anticipate CEO’s needs and proactively address issues.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure efficient use of CEO’s time.
- Support coordination across Group companies when required.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO.
