Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, well organised, and personable PA to support the work of our CEO and Founder. This is a role that will involve management of diaries, meetings and travel but also to support in the general administration and operational tasks associated with a busy CEO.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional administrative and task-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and IT systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and assistance in a professional, confidential manner.
- Provide calendar management, including liaising with external parties, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries. Recording details in calendars and communicating accordingly.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; prioritise and respond for the CEO when appropriate.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of notes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and track deadlines for key projects and deliverables.
- Undertake research and compile information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and senior executives.
- Oversee procurement of resources required by the CEO.
- Manage inbox where required, ensuring prioritisation and timely responses.
- Administer relevant communication and data in our customer records.
- Provide occasional personal assistance, including managing personal appointments and running errands as needed.
- Support the CEO in all aspects of administrative duties, including confidential meetings such as Senior Management Team and Advisory Board sessions.
- Always handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
