PERSONAL ASSISTANT & SCHEDULER
Location: Onsite @ Private Household in Midtown Manhattan
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (with flex as needed)
Compensation: $125K-$150K, dependent on experience + health insurance contribution
An international private family is seeking a highly organized professional to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and household scheduling across multiple residences and time zones. Reporting to the Senior Executive Personal Assistant, this is a detail-driven, desk-based role supporting a fast-paced household environment. This hire will:
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be calm, discreet, proactive and solutions-oriented, with an eye for excellence in all they do.
- Previous experience in private household support, executive assistance, scheduling or luxury hospitality required.
- Immediate start preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage principals’ and children’s calendars, scheduling, and logistics
- Coordinate private travel, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Track reservations, contracts, renewals, and household appointments
- Prepare travel and event materials and confirmations
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and household staff
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the assistant team
