PERSONAL ASSISTANT & SCHEDULER

Location: Onsite @ Private Household in Midtown Manhattan
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (with flex as needed)
Compensation: $125K-$150K, dependent on experience + health insurance contribution

An international private family is seeking a highly organized professional to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and household scheduling across multiple residences and time zones. Reporting to the Senior Executive Personal Assistant, this is a detail-driven, desk-based role supporting a fast-paced household environment. This hire will:

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will be calm, discreet, proactive and solutions-oriented, with an eye for excellence in all they do.
  • Previous experience in private household support, executive assistance, scheduling or luxury hospitality required.
  • Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage principals’ and children’s calendars, scheduling, and logistics
  • Coordinate private travel, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Track reservations, contracts, renewals, and household appointments
  • Prepare travel and event materials and confirmations
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and household staff
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support to the assistant team
