Job Description
I’m currently recruiting for a well-established international trading firm that’s looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at their Dubai office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving efficiency and supporting cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken & written)
- Proven experience in office/admin management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A hands-on, solutions-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Managing daily office operations & facilities
- Liaising with suppliers, vendors & service providers
- Supporting onboarding, HR admin, and team coordination
- Handling expense tracking, petty cash & invoicing
- Coordinating internal meetings and occasional events
- Acting as the go-to person for all office-related queries
