Job Description
Just Right Reader is a forward-thinking curriculum provider committed to advancing literacy for students from Birth through 12th Grade. Our comprehensive resources support all learners, including upper-grade students requiring additional intervention to develop foundational skills. Grounded in the Science of Reading, our high-quality materials and tools equip educators to accelerate achievement and foster lifelong readers.
We are seeking a resourceful and highly self-directed Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on quietly keeping things in motion behind the scenes so the CEO can focus on leading the company.
The role manages the personal and administrative side of the Founder's life with a high degree of autonomy. The position coordinates closely with the Executive Assistant who handles business-facing priorities, while focusing primarily on removing tasks from the CEO's plate.
This full-time role offers flexible hours based on the needs of the week rather than a standard 9-to-5 schedule. The successful candidate should be responsive during core working hours and understand that after-hours, evening, or weekend needs may arise. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent on personal assistant tasks and 50% on executive assistant tasks.
This is an opportunity to be quietly indispensable—steady, responsive, and always a step ahead—ensuring the Founder's personal world runs as smoothly as their professional one.
At Just Right Reader, you'll join a passionate, growing team committed to educational equity, literacy innovation, and joyful learning. The company offers a mission-driven environment focused on improving literacy and education outcomes, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
