Job Description
One of The Sage Group’s clients is seeking an Executive Assistant with experience in global B2B tech and ideally customer success organizations. Client is a cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses.
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders on a global Customer Success Organization. In this role, you’ll help keep the team operating smoothly—managing priorities, solving administrative challenges before they arise, and supporting leadership projects and operations. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced environment, so strong judgment, discretion, and organizational skills are key. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to ensure seamless operations and help maintain team connectivity.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. degree preferred
- 3+ years supporting senior executives (C-level or VP-level)
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Coupa, Workday, Concur, and Navan (or similar tools)
- Previous experience supporting cross-functional or global teams
- Strong administrative, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Learn and support the priorities and objectives of your assigned leaders and their teams
- Coordinate and assist with meetings, functions, and events (including team offsites)
- Prepare professional presentation materials for internal communications
- Help manage executives’ calendars and schedules, making informed prioritization decisions
- Support team meetings, manage shared calendars, and help monitor Slack channels
- Assist with cross-functional scheduling and team alignment
- Act as a point person for administrative requests and operational tasks
- Coordinate domestic and international travel plans and agendas
- Help track and highlight important team moments and milestones
- Support department culture initiatives as needed during the coverage period
