Job Description

Dynamics Search Partners is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to work closely with a founder on both day-to-day operations and longer-term initiatives. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This role will combine core administrative responsibilities with ad hoc projects across recruiting, internal operations, and firm management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a related support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working in person in New York City, five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Founder, including complex calendar management, scheduling interviews and meetings, and acting as a gatekeeper for inbound communication
  • Manage day-to-day information flow and correspondence, ensuring priorities are handled efficiently and thoughtfully
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
  • Field phone calls and emails with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Support ad hoc projects related to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee resources, and internal initiatives
  • Assist with document preparation, including compiling reports, proofreading and editing materials, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency as the firm continues to grow
