Job Description

Our client is an early-stage startup building innovative tools and products alongside a highly technical founding team. They are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, autonomous, and energized by supporting both operations and ad-hoc projects as the company scales.

As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the founders and engineering team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll manage internal communication flows, organize documentation, support project tracking, and take ownership of a wide range of tasks that help the team operate efficiently. This is a dynamic role that requires resourcefulness, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or operations experience (startup experience preferred)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and excellent at prioritization
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and navigate ambiguity
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and familiarity with Linear or Attio CRM is a plus
  • Bonus Points
    • Experience supporting technical or engineering teams
    • Prior experience in early-stage startups
    • Strong documentation or project coordination background

Responsibilities

  • Support founders and core team with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, delegate tasks, and remove bottlenecks
  • Manage internal documentation in Notion, communications in Slack, and task tracking in Linear
  • Conduct research, coordinate events, book resources, and handle miscellaneous requests
  • Partner with engineers and go-to-market colleagues on cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational improvements as the company grows
  • Maintain organization across tools, processes, and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Support remote collaboration across time zones and maintain efficient communication rhythms
