Scale to Win is a fully remote, progressive political technology company founded in 2020 by organizing leaders from major Democratic and progressive presidential campaigns. Its products include Scale to Win Text, the Scale to Win Dialer, and turnkey “We Text” services.
Scale to Win works with more than 3,000 Democratic and progressive campaigns and organizations, including the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democratic National Committee, the Working Families Party, the AFL-CIO, UFCW, MoveOn, and For Our Future.
The Executive Assistant plays a critical support role on Scale to Win’s Executive Team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this position provides dedicated calendar, scheduling, email, and task-tracking support to executive leadership.
This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week, with a consistent schedule of 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST. Compensation is $40 per hour and is non-negotiable.

Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role, ideally supporting senior executives
- Extensive experience with Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Extensive experience with messaging platforms such as Slack
- Preferred: experience with task or project tracking platforms such as Asana, Monday, or Trello
- Incredibly responsive, with the ability to turn around scheduling and communication requests quickly
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills, with comfort managing multiple executives’ schedules simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable schedule
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, shifting calendars for executive leadership, including scheduling meetings and placing calendar holds
- Send and manage email meeting invites on behalf of executives
- Coordinate scheduling logistics across internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts as they arise
- Monitor and support executive email correspondence, flagging priority items and drafting responses as needed
- Track tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups on behalf of executives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain task lists and project boards to keep executive priorities organized and visible
- Provide fast, reliable turnaround on scheduling and communication requests throughout the workday
