Job Description

Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first team building developer tools trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and used for over 20 billion container image pulls. Its products include Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. As AI agents reshape software development, Docker provides sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure for trustworthy autonomous workflows.

This role supports a rapidly scaling company by providing high-level administrative support, building consistent processes, and helping executives work effectively across changing schedules and priorities. Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

In the first 30 days, you can expect a structured onboarding experience, equipment, learning opportunities, a buddy or mentor, regular manager check-ins, and introductions to key stakeholders. Within 90 days, you will have built cross-functional relationships, developed a strong understanding of the role and executives’ needs, and learned Docker’s mission, strategy, tools, and best practices. Within the first year, you are expected to be confident and independent in the role, help improve executive productivity and communication, and contribute as a culture leader.

Compensation in the United States is $113,400–$162,000 annually, plus equity. Benefits include remote-first work, flexible scheduling, generous paid time off and wellness breaks, home office support, a US$100 monthly technology stipend, a learning and development stipend, 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months, equity for full-time employees, and country-dependent medical, retirement, and holiday benefits.

This posting is for an existing open role. Docker may use AI-assisted recruiting tools. Candidates may optionally consent to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Docker is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team with a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
