Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a specific department within their organization. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, providing essential support that helps keep initiatives and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fully onsite role that offers stability, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a senior administrative or executive support role
- Previous experience working with HR or People departments is a strong plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Able to handle shifting priorities with calm and professionalism
- Comfortable working in an onsite corporate office environment
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for HR leadership
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide initiatives and department projects
- Assist with presentation prep, internal communications, and document creation
- Support HR-related events, trainings, and meetings
- Track timelines and deliverables for key initiatives
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR and other internal teams
- Continuously seek out ways to improve systems and workflows
