Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a specific department within their organization. This role is ideal for someone who brings a high level of professionalism, thrives in a structured environment, and is confident juggling complex scheduling, projects, and internal communications.

You’ll work directly with senior leaders, providing essential support that helps keep initiatives and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fully onsite role that offers stability, a collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior administrative or executive support role
  • Previous experience working with HR or People departments is a strong plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Able to handle shifting priorities with calm and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in an onsite corporate office environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for HR leadership
  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide initiatives and department projects
  • Assist with presentation prep, internal communications, and document creation
  • Support HR-related events, trainings, and meetings
  • Track timelines and deliverables for key initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR and other internal teams
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve systems and workflows
