The Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) plays a critical role in enabling a fast‑growing, global fintech organization of approximately 900 employees. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support—acting as a strategic partner to the CTO and technology leadership team as the company scales, modernizes, and leverages AI to drive meaningful business impact. Based onsite at our Global Headquarters in Hudson Yards, NYC (4 days in‑office, 1 day remote), this role requires exceptional judgment, operational rigor, and a proactive mindset. Typical office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives, with direct experience supporting a CTO or technology leader strongly preferred.
  • Experience operating in high‑growth, global, or fintech/technology‑driven environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity, with an interest in technology, AI, and how modern organizations scale.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and operate autonomously.
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior leaders, board members, and external partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email, Teams, Slack, and live forums.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfort learning new tools and AI‑enabled workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CTO, enabling focus on technology strategy, innovation, and execution.
  • Proactively manage and optimize a complex, fast‑moving executive calendar, balancing strategic priorities, global time zones, and deep‑work time.
  • Anticipate operational needs and surface insights, risks, and opportunities to help the CTO operate at scale.
  • Coordinate global travel, offsites, and leadership meetings with precision and discretion.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow‑ups for executive, board, and cross‑functional meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and accountability.
  • Support technology leadership forums, planning cycles, and transformation initiatives including AI adoption and platform modernization.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Facilities, and People teams to support onboarding, tooling, and operational excellence across the Technology org.
  • Plan and execute team events, leadership summits, and culture‑building initiatives for a growing global technology organization.
  • Handle highly confidential information with integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.
