We're looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join our Global Executive Assistant team and report to the Senior Manager, Talent Development. This remote role is based in Mexico City, Mexico.
The Executive Assistant will serve as the operational backbone for an assigned group of executives by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring expenses are accurate. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with executive leadership and their broader organizations.
The employee will be formally employed by Gainsight and payrolled through Remote.com, which handles local benefits and tax compliance. The role joins an existing Executive Assistant team and offers optional attendance at Gainsight's CDMX office. Global travel of up to 20-30% may be required for team meetings, training, or company events.
The starting base salary range is $38,000-$43,000 USD equivalent, paid in Mexican pesos via Remote. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Benefits include a corporate performance bonus, Christmas bonus, medical, dental, vision, other local statutory benefits, and Flexible PTO.

Requirements
- 6+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, not just VP- or director-level executives.
- 6+ years of high-volume global calendar management across multiple time zones, with a track record of proactive scheduling.
- 6+ years coordinating complex international travel, including multi-leg and multi-country itineraries.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives simultaneously; supporting 4-5 executives at once is considered equivalent to supporting one C-level executive.
- 3+ years of G Suite experience, including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive.
- Proficiency in expense tools such as Concur.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure in prior roles.
- Comfort working flexible hours to align with executive time zones and availability.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in a fast-paced SaaS or startup technology environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting executives across US and UK time zones.
- AI literacy and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, events, and calls.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
- Organize travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and addressing last-minute changes.
- Manage expense reports by tracking and submitting them accurately and on time.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Travel globally up to 20-30% of the time for team meetings, training, or company events.
