Zeno Power is the leading developer of nuclear batteries—compact power systems that provide reliable, clean energy in frontier environments. By harnessing the heat from radioisotopes, Zeno’s batteries power critical missions on Earth, in space, and at sea.
Zeno Power is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support two or more Seattle-based executives as the company delivers nuclear battery technology to market by 2027. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office presence in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
The anticipated salary band is $100,000–$125,000 per year. Requirements
- 5+ years of executive support or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in startups, aerospace, or energy sectors is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence and Jira is preferred.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling highly confidential, sensitive, and privileged information.
- High level of professionalism with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational workstreams to coordinate priorities, drive alignment, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize and coordinate executive commitments to ensure optimal time management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and itineraries.
- Organize and prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for leadership meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive company information.
- Track action items and follow up on key initiatives to ensure progress.
- Support board meeting and other VIP event logistics.
