Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global financial services firm in Chicago seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner. This role requires a confident, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and serve as a trusted partner to a senior leader with a demanding schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working with a direct, results-driven executive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

This position is based in downtown Chicago and offers a hybrid working schedule. Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000-$130,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position offers full benefits including health, dental, and vision.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the Managing Director or C-suite level
  • Background in financial services, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with sound judgment and a professional presence
  • Ability to manage high volume, time-sensitive work with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with expense tools such as Expensify a plus
  • Comfortable working with a direct, no-nonsense leadership style
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to a Managing Director
  • Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars with precision and urgency
  • Oversee inbox management and draft/respond to correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, primarily domestic with limited international travel
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure seamless logistics
  • Process and reconcile expenses accurately and on time
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff across offices
  • Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and take ownership of executive support
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
